This policy explains what personal information SupplierHub collects when you use sellsuppliers.com, why, and what your rights are. We are the data controller for your information.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing details and what you bought.
- Payment details: handled securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email sign-ups: your email address, if you join our list.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Device and usage data: such as your browser, IP address and pages viewed, collected through cookies.
Why we use it
- To process your order and send your download (needed to fulfil our contract with you).
- To answer your questions and fix problems with your files.
- To send offers by email, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax rules.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the shop, such as Shopify (our store platform) and payment providers, who must keep it safe. Shopify's own privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as UK tax law requires (usually 6 years). We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the shop, remember your basket, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
