Digital downloads
Everything we sell is a digital PDF. Nothing is posted to you. You can download your file straight after you pay, and we also email you a link.
Your right to cancel
Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this before buying. When you place an order, you agree that your download starts straight away and that you lose the right to cancel once it has started.
If you have not downloaded or opened your file yet and change your mind within 14 days, email us and we will refund you.
If something is wrong with your file
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If your file will not download, is damaged, or is not as described, email us within 30 days of your order with your order number. We will:
- send you a working copy, or fix the problem, and
- if we cannot fix it, give you a full or partial refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
